What Makes a Successful Delivery??
1. Complete Name and address address for the recipient. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible. If it is a business/school let us know the name.
2. Phone # for the recipient A MUST. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. Your phone # for the recipient is not a good idea. If we can not reach you , your delivery may not be completed. Unfortunately we are not given the same treatment as Amazon or UPS, we are not allowed everywhere.
3. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.

The bouquet was even better than the picture. They were prompt with delivery and the recipient was so pleased to receive something so beautiful. I will use them anytime I need to send flowers to friends and family in the area. I also, love that they are a small local business. I have used big national companies and the flowers they send are nothing like what I wanted often subbing flowers that are of lesser quality than described.
