Thank you for choosing us for your floral purchase! Here are some tips to make sure your delivery is completed smoothly.
1. Complete address and delivery info. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible.
2. Phone # for the recipient. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. If we cannot get in touch with you.
Also, be aware that any tax exempt order CAN NOT be placed online. Once the tax is collected, there can be no refund. If you are a tax exempt organization please call the shop at 407-846-4113.
Our deliveries start at 10am usually till 4pm. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
PET SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SINCE WE DO NOT KNOW IF YOUR HOME HAS PETS - Some bouquets or plants may include flowers and foliage that are known to be toxic to pets. To keep them safe, be sure to keep this arrangement out of your pet's reach.

The sun is pretty great, but sunflowers are the greatest. Let’s prove it. We can deliver them daily to Kissimmee, St. Cloud, the Walt Disney World resort area almost anywhere the sun shines!The bouquet pictured reflects our original design for this product. While we always try to follow the color palette, we may replace stems to deliver the freshest bouquet possible, and we may sometimes need to use a different vase.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
