What Makes a Successful Delivery??
1. Complete Name and address address for the recipient. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible. If it is a business/school let us know the name.
2. Phone # for the recipient A MUST. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. Your phone # for the recipient is not a good idea. If we can not reach you , your delivery may not be completed. Unfortunately we are not given the same treatment as Amazon or UPS, we are not allowed everywhere.
3. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
Up your game! You have sent here a dozen roses, now go the next step. 25 lovely Ecuadorian (the queen of all roses) beautifully wrapped to present to her. Red is the color of love, but we have many others just ask. May need special notice for some colors.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The floral arrangement was excellent as always. Kissimmee florist cares about the customer and wants to make them happy each and every time. Having been in a family business for 78 years has proven the customer to be our most important goal. Service is our profession not our sideline.
