What Makes a Successful Delivery??
1. Complete Name and address address for the recipient. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible. If it is a business/school let us know the name.
2. Phone # for the recipient A MUST. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. Your phone # for the recipient is not a good idea. If we can not reach you , your delivery may not be completed. Unfortunately we are not given the same treatment as Amazon or UPS, we are not allowed everywhere.
3. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
Roses are the Queen of Flowers. They are the symbol of true love and devotion. They also convey a symbol of great emotion. Show her or anyone how special they are with our premium Ecuadorian grown roses. Arranged with greenery and babies breath they will surely show you care.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

While I loved the surprise of the delivery of having red roses and the beautiful look, I was disappointed that the bouquet had only 11 roses and not 12. The white babies breathe make up for it and although the statements online said the picture is not an “exact” replica (shows 14 in the picture), you’d think for Valentine’s Day that your sweetheart could give you a “dozen roses” with having standard payment, delivery charge, and delivery tip all paid upfront and delivery made a week before Valentine’s Day. They are pretty and the surprise was the best. Thank you. ---- Florist's Response: Again, so sorry for our inability to count, but I hope the replacement today had the full 12! Not sure about the 14, I did check the photo on our website to make sure about the that. I also checked the original order as well to make sure it was for the 5th of Feb. I think flowers are always best when we least expect them, so I am glad that was good. If ever there is an issue do let us know. We try to be perfect because we want everyone to have a great experience. But as life would have it sometimes it doesn't happen. Again our apologies.

After an extremely hectic personal time, I completely forget to order flowers for some of my loved ones on Valentine's Day. I went on Kissimmee Florist's website and was met with an efficient presence which made my same day order seamless. The quality of the long stem roses vased and the shorter mix arrangements were gorgeous and fresh. The recipient was very pleased.
