What Makes a Successful Delivery??
1. Complete Name and address address for the recipient. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible. If it is a business/school let us know the name.
2. Phone # for the recipient A MUST. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. Your phone # for the recipient is not a good idea. If we can not reach you , your delivery may not be completed. Unfortunately we are not given the same treatment as Amazon or UPS, we are not allowed everywhere.
3. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
A classic color combination for any mom in a traditional purple hobnail vase is a great way to share the joy all mothers bring to our families.

I have had so many past issues sending my mother flowers for mothers day. I live in michigan and my mother lives in flordia. Past 2 years I used 1-800 flowers and avas, both delivered horrible arrangements and always late no matter how far in advance I would order. This year i ordered from this florist and I will every year from here on! They were absolutely fantastic! Easy to order, absolutely gorgeous arrangement and delivered when they said they would... if I could give a higher rating I would. Customer for life now. Thank you so much.
