Miriam, the young lady who took my call was a compassionate professional. The loss of a loved one is challenging and deciding on a final gesture of appreciation was tough, but she held my hand and helped make the experience bearable. I called the morning of an 11:00 am service and the system automatically scheduled my delivery for 3:00 pm. She went out of her way and personally delivered the arrangement so that it would arrive prior to the service. Thank you! Thank you!! THANK YOU!!!
