The deluxe garden was beautiful & delivered promptly. ---- Florist's Response: Gardens are one of my fav things and actually we do not do enough of them They are a very nice lasting gift to someone. Also happy that with traffic they way it is here we were able to get it dome promptly.

First it was really easy to order. The online catalog was very accurate. I really appreciate the online sympathy card that was written in script and displayed the card prior to sending. The ability to include instructions for the delivery is necessary in this day of HOA. I left specific instructions for delivery and a phone number if there was a problem. The delivery was made and an email was sent confirming the delivery. Again everything was easy to communicate on the website. Thank you for such nice plant.

Dish garden was more beautiful than the picture. Florist went overboard by offering to deliver after my pick-up plan hit a snag. I'm very pleased and will use them again. ---- Florist's Response: Judith pivoting is sometimes what it is all about. We work hard at trying to just go with whatever it takes to make them happy. Sometimes it doesn't work but we try. Glad this time it worked out and all was good.
