What Makes a Successful Delivery??
1. Complete Name and address address for the recipient. House #, apt. #, gate code or bldg code if possible. If it is a business/school let us know the name.
2. Phone # for the recipient A MUST. If we have trouble getting in a gate or bldg. this may delay or cause your delivery to not happen. Your phone # for the recipient is not a good idea. If we can not reach you , your delivery may not be completed. Unfortunately we are not given the same treatment as Amazon or UPS, we are not allowed everywhere.
3. Business and schools are typically done first, residential is later in the day. If no one is not home we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
In this arrangement, the serenity of the color blue along with the purity of intention symbolized by white will let the family know you are sending your calm strength to them during these difficult times. The bouquet pictured reflects our original design for this product. While we always try to follow the color palette, we may replace stems to deliver the freshest bouquet possible, and we may sometimes need to use a different vase.

The Beautiful in Blue arrangement that I had sent from my mother for Mother’s Day, was absolutely stunning! This is the third arrangement I’ve ordered from Kissimmee Florist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Flowers were delivered a day early for opening night of a show! We live 1000 miles a way and when I called to let florist know was delivered a day early with card saying “Happy Opening Night” to see if I had did something wrong on ordering I received an apology and they sent another set of flowers to my daughter to receive and opening night! Beautiful flowers and great customer service! We will use again! ---- Florist's Response: Hey I never said we were perfect , but when we do mess up we try and make up for it. Thanks for the understanding. We hope the show was a huge success and she was great!

I ordered the Beautiful in Blue flower arrangement it was absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was on time. Great staff and beautiful flowers. My grandmother loved them!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Pet Friendly Flowers - Since we do not know if the person getting the flowers has pets. It is up to you to let us know if you want pet friendly glowers - mainly no lilies. This is the most common flower that can harm pets, especially cats.
We take every effort to make sure your flowers are delivered in a timely and safe manor.
Home Deliveries - we do not call first. Most of our customers want the surprise factor. If the recipient is not home we will if possible leave the flowers. We then call them to let them know we have made a delivery and it is at their door. If it can not get left, we call leave a message and arrange for a return delivery. However, based on whee the delivery is it may be the next day.
Office, Work, Hospital, Hotel Deliveries - These deliveries in most cases have to be left with a receptionist of some kind. Unfortunately, once we deliver them it is out of our control from there what happens. We will get a signature and if requested we will call them and let them know we have left something for them.
Funeral Homes - All of our funeral homes have a flower room. The flowers will be delivered there, in most cases at least 2 hours before the visitation starts. The funeral home places your flowers in the room after that. Again, once we deliver and leave them we have no control after that.
