While we always try to follow the color palette, we may replace stems to deliver the freshest bouquet possible, and we may sometimes need to use a different vase.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. Flowers were delivered a day early for opening night of a show! We live 1000 miles a way and when I called to let florist know was delivered a day early with card saying “Happy Opening Night” to see if I had did something wrong on ordering I received an apology and they sent another set of flowers to my daughter to receive and opening night! Beautiful flowers and great customer service! We will use again! ---- Florist's Response: Hey I never said we were perfect , but when we do mess up we try and make up for it. Thanks for the understanding. We hope the show was a huge success and she was great!

I ordered the Beautiful in Blue flower arrangement it was absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was on time. This beautiful arrangement came just in time to wish my Wife a Happy Valentines Day. It’s not something red but rather something blue with a big blue hydrangea, her favorite flower. Thanks Kissimmee Florists you made the day really special for a really special wife.
